Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a slight delay might occur when we ship out your order. We will do our best to make sure that you receive your Kualesa apparel on time! Apologies for the inconvenience caused.  

 

Where does Kualesa deliver to?

While opening up lanes to other countries is in the pipeline, Kualesa currently only ships to the following countries: 

  • Malaysia
  • Singapore
  • Indonesia
  • Vietnam
  • Thailand
  • Philippines 
  • Australia (NSW, VIC, QLD only)

How much does delivery cost?

We are offering free shipping on all orders from Southeast Asian countries above. Shipping rates to other countries will be calculated upon checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Our orders are fulfilled on the same day for orders placed before 2pm (Malaysian time). Orders confirmed after 2pm are fulfilled the following working day.

You will receive a shipping update email once your order has been shipped out. The email contains the tracking number for your order. Please note that shipping to rural areas may experience slight delays. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we will not be able to change it once the shipment is on its way to you. 

Your shipment will be dispatched from Malaysia via our fulfilment and logistics partner, and the delivery time varies according to the shipping destination:
